The Opportunity
Being a dealer that rents trucks and trailers, we understand the frustrations and short comings of the presently existing one-way trailer rental systems. We abandoned one such system ourselves recently.

First, equipment would constantly be breaking down; and secondly, reservations would be taken from a completely different state than where the customer was located, and the reservation had no chance of being fulfilled by a local dealer because the equipment would not be available at the time of rental.  The dealer would then have to look the customer in the eye and explain to them why their trailer was not there, even though they had made a confirmed reservation for it.  Lastly, the revenue stream for completed rentals was simply too small to justify the difficulties.

After seeing that peoples’ confirmed reservations were not being fulfilled, and more importantly, their concerns not being supported by local area field representatives, we decided to take matters into our own hands, and Trailers 2 Rent℠ was born.  With large companies being run by employees who are not given any types of incentives for renting the equipment, caring for the customers’ needs often times will take a back seat.  Trailers 2 Rent℠ will be operated by its owners, so customer satisfaction is our number one priority.

We are starting with a completely new fleet of trailers with the newest features.  These trailers will be built from scratch with specifications we know will work for the average do-it-yourself renter.  We will constantly be rotating the equipment by selling off what we have on hand, so as not to be running the same trailers for the next 50 years and renting run down equipment.
